Fiona Stanford

Founder & Yoga Coach 

Fiona has been practising yoga for nearly 20 years. She is a registered Respiratory Nurse and Hatha Yoga Teacher and also teaches Yin and Yoga for Anxiety. She firmly believes that yoga, as a philosophy, needs to be kept alive in its original form and with this in mind likes to weave themes and traditions into her classes as well. Her background knowledge of teaching breath work while nursing is a huge asset, as is her general medical knowledge. 


Annabel Stanford 

Yoga / Barre Coach & Chef

Annabel teaches barre and yoga in studios across London, bringing dynamic and creative classes to her clients. She is a Leiths' trained chef and has worked in France and Cornwall for private clients. She will be both the chef and barre teacher on the retreat.
