The Solstice Retreat

Come and unwind from the stresses and strains of daily living to find peace, space and the chance to reset both mentally and physically. Solstice retreat is fully catered using locally sourced produce and will provide breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and supper for up to 12 guests.

You’ll be welcomed by Fiona and Annabel on the afternoon of the longest day with tea and cake to get to know the other guests. We will honour the solstice with some quiet meditation at the Four Stones, only 2 fields away from the house, followed by supper, sun and moon salutations a gentle Yin class before bed.

The yoga will be a blend of asana, pranayama and guided meditation. Saturday and Sunday will start with early morning yoga, a mindful early walk or a gentle stretch and meditation, followed by breakfast. A more lively Hatha or Barre class will be held before…
